Find out how corporate social responsibility generates value for your company and for society.
As a certifying body, INDR’s mission is to promote CSR among companies in Luxembourg so that they contribute to sustainable development and improve their competitiveness and image. The ESR Guide has been developed in collaboration with the main CSR contributors in Luxembourg.
Why integrate CSR?
Integrating CSR into your company involves some effort… and you may be wondering what the benefits of committing to CSR are.
To begin with, profit and responsibility are more closely linked than they seem! More and more articles show that a commitment to CSR leads to:
Cost savings (energy, water, etc.)
Attracting talent. Future generations are more educated about social issues and are looking for a social commitment in their work.
Motivating employees. CSR is a culture of well-being for all, and that goes for your direct employees too.
A more creative and involved management system
Innovation. The transition is still uncharted territory and requires new thinking systems.
Winning new markets. CSR helps to open up to new practices, new partners, and targets that were previously out of reach.
Access to finance. Sustainability is everyone’s business. Sustainable financing is also gaining momentum. Banks and investors know this… the future is sustainable.
What we offer
What is the ESR label?
The ESR label recognises the efforts made by companies that have decided to manage their ESG impact. Social responsibility, recognised by successful completion of CSR certification and being awarded the ESR label, covers both technical and human aspects.

ESR and Responsibility Europe labels
Responsibility Europe gives international recognition to companies and organisations for their social and environmental commitments. Created on the initiative of AFNOR Group (France), INDR (Luxembourg) and Ecoparc (Switzerland), Responsibility Europe brings together leading CSR labels that are challenging and pragmatic, demonstrate real added value and contribute to the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
A multiplicity of labels in the field of corporate social responsibility and developments in the reporting of non-financial information call for greater visibility and a more assertive positioning of CSR-labelled companies and organisations that go beyond self-assessment, rating, reporting or sectoral assessments.
Being awarded the ESR label will enable your company to align with CSR standards in both Luxembourg and Europe, thus giving you the opportunity to illustrate your environmental and social commitment to your customers.
